A leading Non-Banking Financial Company invites application from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the post of Managing Director based at New Delhi.
The position is at Board level for a period of five years, responsible for overall operations-cum-management of the organization including formulation of business strategy, corporate planning, operational policies, etc. under the overall guidance and control of the Board of Directors.
Eligibility Criteria -
- The ideal candidate should be a Post-Graduate in Management/ Chartered Accountant having about 20 years of post qualification experience including atleast 3 to 5 years at the top management position.
- The experience should preferably be in the areas of project/ corporate financing, project management, risk management, management of distressed assets, resource mobilization and commercial banking.
- Strong leadership traits, effective interpersonal & communication skills and capacity to deliver results in the fast changing business scenario are essential for this position.
- The compensation package including perquisites will be in line with the market trends.
- The age of the candidate should not exceed 50 years.
