1) FINANCIAL ANALYST :
Profile: As a Financial Analyst you will asssess the risk associated with complex financial products, analyse key documents such as title reports, appraisals, income and asset statements, assist clients in making better credit decisions, verify loan documents to ensure that the loan is in compliance with Federal, State and Investor guidelines, assist Capital Markets team in managing financial risk and
ensure that the loans are properly hedged etc.
Skills and Qualification:
MBA (Finance) / M.Com with Good Communication and Analytical Skills.
Experience: 0 to 5 years.
Salary Range: Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 5 lakhs
2) ANALYST :
Profile: Processing Mortgage Applications and Pre-Qualification of Mortgage Customers, Mortgage Broker Financial Review and Approval, Vendor Order Management, Collateral Security Instruments Review and Retrieval, Loan Settlement Analysis and Quality.
Required Skills and Qualification:
PGDM / Any Post Graduate with Good Communication and Analytical Skills or Any Graduate with Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience : 0 to 5 years.
Salary range: Rs. 2.50 lakhs to Rs. 4 lakhs
Walk-in daily between :
10 AM to I PM (including Saturday and Sunday)
