Eligibility Crieteria -
- Must have extensive experience in heading International Airports Management and Operational procedures. Ensure agreed strategies and SLA's are delivered by utilizing sound financial, operational and people management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership qualities in managing, maintaining and developing a large workforce.
- Able to develop excellent working relationships with airport authorities, other airport stakeholders and most
importantly our demanding and highly service focused airline customers.
Head-HR&IR(Mumbai/Delhi) (Code: Bom/Del/HR)
- Management Graduate from a reputed institute with working knowledge of IR and Personnel.
- Candidates should possess the competency and skill to deal with day-to-day HR and Trade Union Issues.
Team Leaders/ Customer Support Agent (Passenger Services and Cargo)
Receptionist (Code: Bom/Gen)
- Experienced and Fresh Graduates / Undergraduates with fluency in English.
General Manager-Ground Service Equipment (Code: Bom/GSE)
- Automobile Engineer with experience of GSE management at a high volume international airport, including a working knowledge of heavy equipment repair, recognized GSE maintenance training certification, preventative maintenance programs.
- Incumbent must have experience and knowledge of ramp operations, computerized stores
and inventory management. Must be Competent of delivering against key performance targets.
Manager-IT/ Ramp Cabin Appearance/ Training / Cargo (1 Position each) (Code: Bom/Mgrs.)
- Management Graduates preferred with experience in Aviation Industry.
- Strong orientation towards client servicing and knowledge of all airport ground handling functions.
- Working experience in International Organizations & exposure to most of the International airports management and operational procedures preferred.

- Graduate with specialization in Hardware and Software Computer skills set mustforthe position of IT.
- A track record of delivering against key performance targets must for all the positions.
