Postitions -
a) Construction - Civil / Structure / Finishing & interior works / retrofitting of old building
Eligibility Criteria -
- Candidates should have 5 to 7 years experience in supervising construction of RCC Structures of high rise building, walling & plaster, POP works, installing, doors & windows, curtain walls / glazing, joinaries, decorative paneling etc., plumbing & sanitation, waterproofing, flooring, painting etc.
- He must be having thorough knowledge of civil / structural design parameters, various codes, design standards, Planning & Scheduling.
- Candidates having experience of working in construction / infrastructure projects would be preferred.
b) Construction - Mechanical
- Candidates should have experience in construction supervision and management of jobs in the area of Fabrication / Erection of Steel Structures / Piping and Erection of rotating & stationary Equipments.
- Should be well conversant with interpretation of ISO drawings, P&IDs and Line Designation Tables (LDTs).
c) Construction - Electrical
- Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of experience in supervising & guiding installation, testing & commissioning of HV & LV switchboards, PCC/MCCs, cable networks, bus ducts, lighting installation, transformers, UPS, DG Sets, earthing & lightening systems.
- He should be well conversant with RULES & Regulations, ISS & be able to interprete drawings correctly.
d) Material Co-Coordinators
- Candidates should have experience in Material Coordination jobs, handling Piping and Structural materials and Mechanical Equipments with working knowledge of SAP / Database [FOXPRO] / MS Access / Oracle
etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification in materials coordination management.
e) Quality - Civil / Mechanical
- Candidates with experience in Infrastructure Projects and exposure to relevant Indian / International codes and standards i.e. ASME B 31.1 & 31.3, ASME Sec.ll, Sec. V, VIII, Sec. X and IBR etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates having NDT Level - II qualification in RT/ UT/ PT/ MT and knowledge of interpretation of Inspection /NDT results.
Note -
- For all of the above positions candidates should be engineering graduate / diploma in engineering with experience of 7 to 15 years in large Infrastructure, Power and Fertilizer Projects.
- Additionally all candidates should have excellent time & people management and communication
skills.
